About Me

I am Arup, an engineer, a passionate learner, and an entrepreneur at heart. I created this blog to share insights from my professional experiences, personal projects, and life journeys.
Currently, I am employed as a full-stack software engineer at a startup named Enegma. I am a member of their development team, focusing on creating the Enegma platform, a platform that automates the entire procurement process using AI.
I have a passion for programming and constantly seek to expand my knowledge of emerging technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI tools, frontend and backend development, databases, and much more in my field. In addition to coding, I enjoy reading self-help books, attending webinars that contribute to my mental well-being, enhance my productivity, and help me stay grounded.
I also keep up with books, blogs, and news focused on startups, the economy, leadership, communication, and more. You might wonder why a coder should delve into these topics. The answer lies in changing your perspective from merely being a programmer to becoming someone capable of creating impactful solutions. Simply knowing how to code isn’t enough; you need to effectively convey your ideas, guide teams in developing projects that you can’t tackle alone, and collaborate to create products that meet market demands.
I know as an engineering student that it could be really hard to even get a proper job that pays you well, forget about building or starting something on your own. I know today’s job market is hard and even though having skills, companies do not hire easily. But after applying and learning, I have cracked a fair number of interviews whether it is off-campus or on-campus, and I am going to share my journey here.
I am passionate about working for my freedom, independence, and personal growth. Being health-conscious, I make it a point to exercise regularly to maintain my well-being and avoid falling ill from my desk job. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and explaining concepts that could be beneficial to them, which is why I decided to start this blog.
I have a passion for programming, but my goal goes beyond just being a programmer. I want to create something meaningful alongside like-minded individuals, which is why I’m dedicated to learning, growing, and putting my knowledge into practice. Come along with me on this journey to learn TOGETHER.
